At Prinstar1 Homecare, we are seeking a highly skilled Home Care Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing schedules and ensuring efficient scheduling of home care services. As the Home Care Scheduler, your responsibilities will include coordinating and scheduling appointments for our clients, managing schedules for our caregivers, and ensuring that clients receive the appropriate level of care. Additionally, you will work closely with the care team to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in home care scheduling. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of schedules and appointments, communicating effectively with clients and caregivers, and troubleshooting any scheduling issues that arise. Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments: Coordinating and scheduling appointments for clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Managing caregiver schedules: Creating and managing schedules for caregivers to ensure that clients receive the appropriate level of care at all times.
  • Maintaining accurate records: Keeping accurate records of schedules, appointments, and client information to ensure that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communicating with clients and caregivers: Communicating effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure that everyone is aware of the schedule and any changes or updates.
  • Troubleshooting scheduling issues: Addressing any scheduling issues that arise, such as conflicts or cancellations, and finding suitable solutions to ensure that clients receive the care they need.
  • Collaborating with the care team: Working closely with the care team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of care and that schedules are optimized to meet their needs.
  • Maintaining confidentiality: Ensuring that all client information is kept confidential and secure at all times.

Skill & Experience

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and appointments efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, caregivers, and the care team.
  • Familiarity with home care services and understanding of scheduling requirements.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle scheduling conflicts.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software or tools to manage schedules and appointments.
